Taco Soup

onion, large, chopped

garlic cloves, curshed

Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

Taco seasoning mix

pepper

(10 oz each) Rotel Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilis

(15 oz each) corn, drained

cans

(15 oz each) pinto beans, rinsed and drained

water, 2-3 cans, using an empty 15 oz can

Brown 1st 3 ingredients and drain. Combine all ingredients. Simmer 30-45 minutes. Serve with Tortilla chips & shredded cheese, avocado slices or guacamole. Makes approx 11 servings.
