Jessie's Swedish Meat Balls

fresh whole wheat bread crumbs

worcestershire sauce

golden mushroom soup

tomato soup

Mix all ingredients except meat until well blended

Add the meat to the mixture and blend well. Do not over-mix.

Form into 1 1/2 oz. balls and brown in TWO 13x9" baking pans in a 450° oven for about 10 minutes, then flip the meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes. (ALTERNATIVE: fry in batches in a frying pan until browned).

Mix gravy ingredients in a Dutch Oven on the stove until hot, and then add the meat balls to the gravy mix. Bake, covered, for one hour at 350°.

Serve with mashed potatoes

Recommend using fresh whole wheat bread crumbs, by running 2-3 slices of bread through a blender.
