Italian Tossed Salad

(5 oz) mixed salad greens

cup

(2 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

(2.25 oz) drained sliced ripe black olives

baby carrots, quartered

green onion, sliced

Toss together all the ingredients. Drizzle with bottled balsamic vinaigrette or your favorite Italian salad dressing.

Great served with One Pot Pasta and Basil Garlic Bread, in this cookbook.
