Cobbler (Any Fruit)

--- FRUIT FILLER ---

fresh peaches (or any fruit in season)

blueberries

butter

lemon juice

cornstarch

honey

PREPARING THE FRUIT FILLER Mix cornstarch, honey and water. Add fruits. Cook until mixture thickens. Add 1 Tbsp butter and lemon juice. Pour into 9x9" baking dish. Pour crust over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serve with whipped cream or yogurt ice cream.

Sift dry ingredients. Add milk and butter all at once. Beat smooth. Pour over fruit that you already have in a 9x9" baking dish.
