Carrot Apple Raisin Salad

carrots, peeled & shredded w/medium blade

1/4

apple, peeled, cored and chopped

raisins

Stonyfield Organic French Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt

Shred carrots. Put into small mixing bowl. Add apples, raisins, and enough yogurt to coat the carrots when thoroughly mixed with a spoon.

This recipe was concocted as an alternative to traditional Carrot-Raisin Salads, typically made with mayonnaise and pineapple. Either eat immediately, or refrigerate till ready to eat (up to 1 day).
