Breaded Pork Chops

BREADCRUMB MIXTURE:

cup

bread crumbs

1/4

cup

parmesan cheese

seasoned salt

garlic powder

pepper

parsley, chopped

In a 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan, add water and worchestershire sauce. Dip chops into egg and then into BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE. Heat oil in fry pan, and brown chops on both sides. Place chops in baking pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 50 minutes, then uncovered for the last 10 minutes, for 1 hour total.
