Spinach & Egg Casserole

sharp cheddar cheese

spinach, drained

stick

butter

1/4

cup

flour

1/2

tsp

salt

milk

bread

hard cooked eggs

Bacos® for flavor

Cook spinach. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Assemble in buttered casserole dish 1/2 bread crumbs, 1/2 spinach, 1/2 egg slices, 1/2 the sauce and 1/2 cheese. Repeat and sprinkle with Bacos. Bake uncovered about 25-30 minutes.
