fully cooked ham - or, 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled, chopped

3-Minute Quick Oats plus Toasted Oat Bran

In small skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. In large bowl beat eggs. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
