4	env	KNOX unflavored gelatin
3	pkgs	(3 oz) flavored jello
4	cup	boiling water
		-- MADE FROM FRUIT JUICE -- 9x9' baking

4	env	KNOX unflavored gelatin
1 1/2	cup	fruit juice, cold
1 1/2	cup	fruit juice, heated to boiling
2	Tbs	sugar or honey, optional

In medium bowl sprinkle KNOX unflavored gelatin over cold juice. Let stand 1 minute. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in sugar. Pour into baking pan and chill until firm. To serve, cut into 1" squares. Makes about 6 dozen blox.

FROZEN FRUIT JUICE CONCENTRATE VARIATION: Use cold and boiling water in place of juice. Stir in 1 can (6 oz) frozen fruit juice concentrate. Note: Do NOT use fresh or frozen pineapple juice.
