Guacomole

small avacados, peeled & mashed

lemon juice
onion, medium
garlic clove, small, crushed
tomato, large, chopped fine
1/2
salt
seasoned salt
seasoned pepper
chili powder
dash
hot sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve over greens. Yield: 2 cups.
Serve as a dip for corn chips, or as a mix with a main dish.
