--- CREAM CHEESE FILLING ---

lemon rind, grated

(3 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese

Beat mix well until dough is smooth and thick. Gradually add milk 1 cup, until mixture has the consistency of heavy cream, no lumps. Heat frypan and add 1 tbsp Crisco. Use ladle of dough for each pancake. Turn pancake only once. FILLING Mix well until mixture is smooth.
