Cobbler Crust (Alternate)

whole wheat pastry flour

1/4

cup

honey or raw sugar or fructose

1

tsp

cinnamon

1/2

cup

butter

1 1/2

tsp

vanilla

Mix all ingredients well together. Sprinkle crumbs over whatever your cobbler filling happens to be. Thicken and sweeten the fruit a little like you would for pie filling. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350°.

Tips

Serve with whipped cream or yogurt ice cream or plain.
