Classic Potato Salad

Hellmann's Mayonnaise with Olive Oil

vinegar

salt
sugar

pepper

red potatoes, cooked, peeled, cubed (5-6 med.)
celery, sliced
1/2
onion, chopped
hard-boiled eggs, chopped
In large bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat well. Cover. Chill. Makes 5 cups.
