Cook chicken in large covered pot for about 2 hours at 350° with about 6 cups of water. De-bone and chop up. Save water. Chop onion and pepper. Cook in water until onion is clear in color. Add 1 tsp. minced garlic. Then add spaghetti. Cook until tender. Add tomato and mushroom soups, cheese and pimento. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chicken and heat. Can be heated on stove or in oven. Put in casserole dishes to freeze. Bake about 45 minutes when frozen or until bubbly.
