Cheesy Crumb Chicken

rich round crackers (about 12 crackers), crushed

parmesan cheese

unbreaded chicken breast filets, thawed

Place butter in 13 x 9" glass baking dish. Microwave about 30 seconds on HIGH to melt. Combine remaining ingredients, except chicken, in a flat dish. Roll chicken breast filets in melted butter, then in seasoned crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes per side, or until meat is no longer pink.
