Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese, Hain Turbinado Sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice together until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 6 hours before serving.

Notes:
1. To give your no-bake recipes a golden crust, brush the crust with beaten egg whites and bake at 375° for 5 minutes before filling.
2. Place pie crust on baking sheet before filling to prevent spills.
3. To cover the pie, place the inverted plastic lid on open foil of pan and press the edges down to hold it in place.
