Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

--- BLUEBERRY TOPPING ---

blueberries (or cherries)

honey

-- or, for above 4, use 1 can blueberry pie filling --

CRUST: Crush graham crackers. Mix with sugar and butter until well blended. Press into pan.

CREAM CHEESE FILLING: "Cream" (stir or mix well) the honey or sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs and cream some more. Add vanilla and pour into pan lined with graham cracker crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Cool.

BLUEBERRY TOPPING: For blueberry topping, mix all ingredients. Add a little more water if too thick. Set aside to cool. Use 1/2 tsp. lemon extract for blueberry filling (or 1/2 tsp. almond extract for cherry filling). Pour cooled blueberry (or cherry) mix over pie and set in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
