Appetizer Meatballs

egg, or egg substitute

soft bread crumbs

skim milk

onion, finely chopped

Worcestershire sauce

ketchup
onion, chopped
sugar
vinegar

Combine the first six ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs. Drain.

Place in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs.

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 to 60 min. or until meatballs are done.
